These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at airoofingestimates.com, our estimate tools, and related communications (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Solar Home Team, doing business as AI Roofing Estimates ("AI Roofing Estimates," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2. Our direct roofing services

AI Roofing Estimates is a direct roofing company. We provide property-specific estimate information and may offer inspections, proposals, repair, replacement, and related roofing services in our service area. We do not sell your contact information as a lead to other roofers or marketing companies.

Availability, licensing, materials, financing, warranties, timing, and services vary by property, location, and final written agreement. We may decline a request where a property is outside our service area, access is unsafe, information is incomplete, or we cannot reasonably provide the requested service.

3. Estimates are informational until confirmed in writing

Website estimates are preliminary planning tools. They may use address, public-property, satellite, imagery, measurement, pricing, and other data that can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. A website estimate is not an inspection, engineering opinion, insurance adjustment, offer to perform work, or final price.

Your final scope, material selection, price, payment terms, schedule, warranties, and any required permits will be stated in a separate written proposal or contract, if one is offered and signed by both parties. We may revise an estimate after inspection or when conditions, materials, labor, code requirements, access, or project scope differ from the information used to prepare it.

4. Your property information and authority

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to use an address only for property that you own or are authorized to evaluate. You authorize us to use the address and reasonable property-related data to prepare an estimate and provide requested roofing services. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for us to access the property for a scheduled inspection or service.

Do not submit information that is false, unlawful, infringing, or unrelated to a legitimate roofing inquiry. We may rely on information you provide unless we have reason to believe it is inaccurate.

5. Phone, text, and email communications

When you provide contact details, you authorize us to contact you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment, proposal, active project, account, or other requested services through the contact method you provide. We may also send marketing calls or texts only when you provide the applicable consent.

If you opt in to marketing text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts or HELP for help. You may also request not to receive marketing calls or texts by calling (833) 545-3839 or emailing support@solarhometeam.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms do not themselves create or replace any consent that applicable law requires. Marketing consent will be requested and recorded separately at the point of collection.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, or internal-business purposes related to obtaining roofing information or services. You may not interfere with Site operations; bypass security; scrape, harvest, or use Site content or data for competitive or commercial purposes without written permission; submit malicious code; impersonate another person; or use the Site in a manner that violates law or another person's rights.

The Site and its content, including text, design, logos, graphics, estimate tools, data compilations, and software, are owned by or licensed to AI Roofing Estimates and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The Site may rely on third-party data sources, mapping, imagery, payment, messaging, analytics, or other service providers. We do not control third-party sites or services, and their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. A third-party link does not imply our endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and preliminary estimates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate; that preliminary estimates will match final project pricing; or that Site information is complete or current.

Nothing on the Site is professional engineering, architectural, legal, financial, insurance, or safety advice. If you have an active leak, structural concern, electrical hazard, or other urgent safety issue, seek appropriate qualified assistance promptly. Your separately signed roofing contract, if any, governs the services we agree to perform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Roofing Estimates and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Site or preliminary estimate information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for use of the Site during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Roofing Estimates and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or another person's rights.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires another forum. You and AI Roofing Estimates consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
